United Kingdom items: These products are for exclusive delivery to the United Kingdom. Items are arranged and fulfilled by local florists and available for delivery within 3+ days of pruchase. Product IDs denoted with the prefix 'IN' and suffix 'UK'.
Florist delivered items: These products are delivered within most areas of the United States. Items are arranged and fulfilled by local florists and available for same day delivery. Product IDs denoted with the prefix 'BF'.
Direct ship items: These are delivered via common carriers such as FedEx & UPS within the continental United States, and are not available for same day delivery. Arrangements are placed in gift boxes and some personal assembly is required. Product IDs are denoted with the prefix 'DS'.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you may cancel your order with uk.florists.com at any time. In order to request an order cancellation, please contact us at email@example.com or text 1-(800) 356-7478. Please allow 3-5 business days for a full refund to show on your credit card statement.
What if I'm not 100% satisfied?
If you are a customer that is unsatisfied with your order, we will offer a partial refund and provide you with an additional promotion code for a future order.
What happens after I place an order?
Once you have placed an order at Florists.com, you should receive a confirmation email. Upon receiving the confirmation e-mail, you will also receive an delivery fulfillment email. The delivery fulfillment email indicates that your order was placed and the local florists now has it in their system.
How are shipping and delivery charges determined?
Florists.com currrenty does not charge any shipping and handling fees. Based on where you live, addtional taxes may apply.

What can I do if I am in a zip code cut off? (U.S. Only)
A zip-code cut off is an area in the United States where we do not have a local florist to fulfill an order for a recipient. When there is a zip-code cut off, Florists.com provides customers with an option of ordering a “Direct Shipped” product. A “Direct Shipped” produc is an arrangements placed in a gift box. Some personal assembly is required. However, these products are not available for same day delivery. “Direct Shipped” products delivery time usually ranges around 1-2 business days.
Can I ensure a specific time of delivery?
Yes, a customer may request am/pm delivery however this is not guaranteed. In order to do so, please contact our customer service representatives or text us at 1-(800) 356-7478. Our customer service representatives will then go into your order information and request a time delivery with the local florist that is fulfilling orders in the recipients area
